INGREDIENTS:
5 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons Old Bay seasoning
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon MSG
1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
3 tablespoons vegetable oil

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Stir together all dry ingredients in a small bowl.
2. Add oil and stir well.
3. Brush generously on steamed crab just before serving.
Makes enough for at least 8 servings. (approx 8-10 kind crab legs)

Ok wait, do you put the sauce on the shells, not on the meat??
the sauce goes on the shell, suprisingly you get just the right amount of flavor on the meat.
that looks awesome! Good for you-sometimes things taste just as good/better at home. I still want to try that cafe rio salad you were telling me about last summer!

We should make them again before you leave as a going away party for you---since you went to all that trouble to find MSG! We wouldn't want it to go to waste!
